> Environmental Commitment
CMD Services has always believed in environmental stewardship. As a company we are committed to ensuring that we are using techniques and products that serve to protect the environment. We believe it is our duty and responsiblity to see that we are employing best practices, including recycling, to do our part to help preserve the Earth.
CMD follows a set of guidelines which include the following:
• Using water-based inks and solutions for all projects
• Employing the best methods available to us to prevent pollution, minimize,
waste, and maximize the efficient use of energy, fuel, and materials
• Involving employees and contractors in our environmental programs and
providing training to enable them to act accordingly – every employee
has a responsibility to help meet the environmental policies
of our company
• Complying with all relevant environmental laws and regulations
• Reviewing the actual and potential environmental impacts of all activities,
including those affecting our local activities
Since 2004, we have recycled over 76 tons of OCC (Cardboard) and 108 tons of paper. For 2008 and beyond, we will continue to strive for improvement and act responsibly to take care of our world, together.
