Don Zindorf, Vice President, Customer Service
As client service manager, Don Zindorf manages, directs and coordinates the activities of Account Managers and evaluates work process daily for acceptable performance and recommends strategies to expedite and improve workflow.

Don joined CMD Services in 2000 as a senior account manager and then was appointed client service manager in 2006.

Prior to joining CMD, Don was employed by Sprint; coordinating their training material fulfillment with CMD. He served 6 years active duty with the United States Air Force as a B-52 Navigator and is currently in the reserves and a Civil Air Patrol member.

Don attended college at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, earning his B.S. in 1987.
